Agendity is for creating useful, expressive characters—not disguising harm behind a friendly face. This policy applies to all prompts, uploads, generated assets, voices, conversations, tools and customer integrations supported by the beta.

Be clear about who is speaking

Disclose that the character is AI-generated. Do not impersonate a person deceptively, invent an endorsement, misuse a trademark or suggest a real broadcaster recorded an AI-generated statement. Get the permissions needed for references, likenesses and voices. Do not clone voices or identities through an unsupported workflow or remove required synthetic-content notices.

Keep people safe

Do not create or distribute child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual sexual imagery, credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, deceptive scams or content that facilitates serious violence or other illegal activity. Do not use emotional character behavior to coerce, exploit vulnerabilities or manipulate users into harmful decisions.

Do not use Agendity as an emergency service or as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education or other high-impact decisions. A regulated or child-directed deployment requires separate approval and safeguards. Do not upload patient records, payment-card numbers, government identity documents, passwords or similar unnecessary sensitive data.

Keep integrations trustworthy

Do not collect microphone audio secretly or send customer conversations to providers without appropriate notice and a lawful basis. Limit connected tools to authorized actions. Require appropriate human confirmation for consequential transactions; a generated persona cannot give itself authority to act for a user.

Sports commentary and predictions must distinguish actual supplied facts from generated analysis. Do not present predictions as guaranteed results, fabricate live scores, imply unauthorized betting endorsements, or bypass age and location restrictions for a regulated service. Agendity supplies character technology, not a gambling license, a data-feed license or validated betting advice.

Respect the service and others’ rights

Do not steal credentials, probe other tenants’ data, bypass spend or rate limits, deploy malware, run denial-of-service attacks or exploit generated code outside the authorized sandbox. Use supported APIs for automation. Respect intellectual property, privacy and lawful interoperability rights. Report vulnerabilities responsibly without accessing, retaining or exposing another customer’s information.

Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected abuse to support@agendity.com with a release or job identifier and a concise explanation; avoid sending additional sensitive content. We may restrict affected processing while investigating and take proportionate action based on risk, evidence and applicable law. Where safe and legally possible, we will explain the decision and provide a way to request review. We do not claim that automated moderation catches every violation.
