Support and privacy: support@agendity.com
Agendity respects copyright and reviews complaints about material stored or delivered through its service. We may remove or disable access to material in response to a valid notice and notify the affected customer. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and do not interfere with applicable standard technical measures.

For impersonation, unauthorized voice use, privacy or other abuse that is not copyright infringement, contact support@agendity.com and describe the issue. Being depicted in an image does not by itself establish ownership of its copyright.
Infringement notices
Identify the work you own, the material you want reviewed and the precise location where we can find it. Provide your postal address, telephone and email; your physical or electronic signature; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner. For multiple works on one site, provide a representative list.
We review notices and act expeditiously on valid ones. We may ask for missing information and share relevant notice details with the affected customer to address the complaint. Provide only the personal information necessary for that process.
Counter-notices
If you believe a copyright removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, send a signed counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, your name, address and telephone, and a statement under penalty of perjury explaining your good-faith belief in the mistake.
Include consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if outside the United States, any federal judicial district where Agendity may be found, and agree to accept service from the original complainant or its agent. We send a valid counter-notice to the complainant. Restoration normally occurs 10–14 business days after receipt unless we receive notice of a filed court action seeking to restrain the disputed infringement. Independent lawful safety or service restrictions can still apply.
Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or a removal mistake can create legal liability. If uncertain about ownership, authorization, fair use or a counter-notice, consider getting independent legal advice. This process does not guarantee a particular outcome or determine ownership of AI-generated material.
